Spiral Welded Pipe

Spiral welded pipe is made from strip in coil form. After rolling hot strip mill is uncoiled, it proceeds continuously to a leveler followed by edge trimming and beveling. The strip is then rolled into a spiral seam and welded by submerged arc welding process for both inside and outside of the pipes. Once welded, it is cut by a traveling cut off machine into a specified length and tested according to our clients requirements.
