Design pressure according to DIN2413/ i ~ Yield strength 235 N/m2 and safety factor 1,5.

Under normal working conditions and temperatures up to 120 working pressure can be chosen equal to design pressure. In case of higher temperatures and shock pressures, working pressure to be derated to DIN2413/ ii & iii.

Test certificates according to EN10204 (3.1.B) available on request at an extra fee.

Eddy current tested to SEP1925, Stenciled continuously over the whole length. In lengths of 6000mm +50/-0 mm.

Seamless cold drawn hydraulic steel tubes according to DIN2391-2/C-94, DIN2445-2-74, St37.4 according to DIN1630-84 NBK. Tolerances according to DIN2391-1-94. Internally and externally phosphated and oiled.
