Product Details
According to the production and processing methods it can be divided into the following categories:
1) hot-dip galvanized steel sheet. to immerse thin steel plate in the melting of zinc bath, so that the surface adhesion of the thin layer of zinc plate.
2) Alloyed galvanized steel sheet. This plate is manufactured by hot-dip method, but after slotting immediately heated it to 500 or so, to generate zinc and iron alloy coated. This galvanized sheet has a good coating adhesion and weldability;
3) electro-galvanized steel sheet. Using electroplating method to manufactured galvanized steel sheet, which has a excellent workability. However, thinner coatings, corrosion resistance is not better than hot dip galvanized sheet.
4) single-sided galvanized steel plating and double-sided. Single-sided galvanized steel sheet, that is, only one side of galvanized products. In the welding, coating, rust-proof handling, processing, etc., with a better flexibility than the double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single uncoated zinc, coat with a thin layer of zinc galvanized sheet on another side, that is double-sided difference galvanized sheet.
5) alloys, composite galvanized steel sheet. It is made of zinc and other metals such as lead, zinc as well as composite coating made of alloy steel plate. This plate has both excellent anti-rust performance, and good coating properties.
It mainly used for: household appliances shell (air conditioners, washing machines, etc.) vent pipes, automobile manufacturing, highway guardrails, passenger cars, cylindrical steel silo, equipment, hoppers, building lateral plate use, structure, use, a variety of stamping and so on.
