Our plant is approved by TUV NORD Germany for Quality Management Systems as per TS 16949 /ISO 9001 and Material Manufacturer acc. to AD 2000 Merkblatt WO and Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC.

We have a 10 Ton Electric Melting Furnace, a 10 ton Ladle Refining Furnace, 12/20 tons Vacuum Degassing Unit, 13/15 Ton AOD (Argon Oxygen Decarburisation Unit), 6/11 mtr. 2 Strand Continuous Casting Machine with EMS (Electro Magnetic Stirrer), fully automised secondary cooling and having Facility to Cast Square & Round Billets. We also have a 1000 Ton Hydraulic Forging press line manufactured by Schloemann, Germany and also facilities for heat treatment & machining of heavy bars & forgings.
