We specialize in manufacturing high grade Stainless Steel cut wire shots in 0. 017 inch-0. 062 inch (0. 45mm-1. 60mm) size or in any size as required by the customer. They are manufactured from stainless steel wires of type 302 / 304 spring wire class I 316 & 430. Their rockwell hardness range is 45-58 C and 30-35 C and vickers hardness range is 446-653 & 302-345. Our stainless steel cut wire shots are being used in an increasing number of applications where ferrous contamination in blasting stainless steel, titanium, aluminum, or other non ferrous work objects could be harmful. It is also used in peening these metals (stainless steel, titanium, brass or aluminum) in work objects that are subject to stress corrosion cracking.
