Most homes are using incandescent lamp and fluorescent lamp as main lluminant, they are working by 220V AC. Every time when electric power plant overhauled and electric power system hitched, lluminant can not work normally. Even we can use flashlight, candle and emergency lamp, but it will still cause our lives. Generally most of homes will not set UPS (Uninterruptedly Power System) or use emergency generator to keep illuminating, because of high cost and large noise. So when the power has been cut, the whole living area will become to dark, and most people will go out of home and stay in the place which has power. Cut power will cause family lives and public facilities. For example: cut power will make traffic lights to stop working, and cause traffic into confusion situation. Now LED lluminanting system can solve the problems. We can change 220V AC to DC which is main power for LED lluminanting system. So when power hass been cut, we can use battery as a emergency power to keep LED working. And current technology of battery can much increase capability and longevity. When power has been cut, LED will still work.
