The Corus consists of a painted, die cast aluminum alloy body and a hardened glass protector sealed onto the body by means of a silicone gasket. The floodlight is closed at one end by a painted, die cast aluminum alloy cover, and at the other end, by a frame and door assembly also made of painted, die cast aluminum alloy. The reflector (various models available) is made of polished and anodised aluminum.
