The Qlite is a 12VDC preheat start Compact Fluorescent Lamp with E17 Fitting and replaceable tube. The Lamp provides 300 Lumen of useful light at an energy consumption of 20 kJ/Hour (= 6W) and has an extremely long lifetime of over 100.000 On/Off cyles and over 10.000 burning hours . A 16Wp solar panel that provides 260kJ of energy per day can light this lamp for 260/20 = 13 hours/day.
