Spacers, thrust washers & Bearing races

(Provided with grinding on both sides):
The material for spacers include plain steel, casecarburising steel, hardened & tempered spring steel (viz. SAE 1070 SAE 1080). These are made in thickness as per customers requirement & in maximum diameter up to 100 mm. Processing of spacers involve punching, machining, casecarburising / thru hardening, surface grinding up to finish 0.4 ?Ra.Flatness and Parallelism is achieved under 10 microns and super finishing wherever required. We also make special spacers with grinding on ID/OD and also having oil grooves on the surface.
