Blind Nut-Inserts also known as Blind Rivet-Nut, Nut-Inserts, Crimp Nuts are designed to provide strong threads / threaded joints in sheet-metal, component, pipes, plates, sections, tubes etc. They are called "Blind" as they can be installed from one side of the assembly even if there is no access from the backside, without damaging the parent surface of previously finished [plated/coated] components, sub-assemblies.
