Cage Nuts

These machines feature automatic sensing of finished assembly, ensuring correct nut-to-cage alignment. Additionally, a fail-safe detects the hole in the square nut. Batch counting ensures accurate inventory control. Fibre optics and proximity sensors are used to ensure a minimal rejection rate.

The Cage Nuts we produced are assembled using a fully automated process. Three dedicated machines were designed, developed and manufactured by Springfast specifically for the assembly of our range of cage nut fasteners.

Cage Nuts are an invaluable resource where access or operational environment prevents independent retention or fastening of the fixing nut.
