Open back allows it to be locked onto or removed from any location on the rubber rope. Hook capacity is 1 3/16". Made of 3/16" galvanized steel. Use with 3/8" or 7/16" Rubber rope only, not for use with bungee cord. A continous tie down system where you can add hooks when needed.
