We want to receive general quotations for tooling cost, part cost, lead times to produce first parts.

We have four different styles in the same basic shape to produce.

We are looking for a manufacturer that can provide the proper finishes in the cast materials specified, machining of four mounting surfaces and four tapped holes, packaging.

General dimensions are:  400mm x 10mm x 102mm

Surface area = 40617.33 square millimeters

Volume = 116778.23 cubic millimeters

Mass = 910.87 grams

This mounting bracket is to be a stainless steel casting and solid brass castings with polished finish, chrome plated finish, oil rubbed brass & bronze finish.
