Optical fiber Transceiver Module Holder (XFP,SR/LRM) in precision Zinc alloy die casting

1. It applys to optical fiber communication transceiver module (XFP, SR/LRM etc.). Our Zinc alloy material with a wonderful founding capability,mechanics performance and toughness, and it also has a good conductivity for electricity and heat, vibration performance, electromagnetism and shield performance. Therefore, it gets a rapid and continuous increase in electron,communication, home application electronic products, especially in some electronic products which need to be solved for some questions on electromagnetism and shield.
2.Precision moulds, which are made of import steel by high precision equipment and have scientific design & wonderful processing technique.
3.Which will be formed by die casting moulding, made by high precision die-casting machine with a good parameter control.Thereby,it will have a stable product dimension,high precision ,wonderful consitency, good appearance and high quality.
 4. Surface plating coating, Good at abrasion resistance, Good at acidity and alkali resistance(salt spray test for 96 hours),endure high & low temperature(UBPPT test for 96 hours, 1 hour high temperature test of 150,4 hours high temperature test of 100, 8 hours steam aging test).
5.The product meet RoHS requirements and have passed ICP/SGS testing.
6.Production process: diecasting - stamping-flashing-sand blasting-plating,conveyer line production,5000 pieces daily production per line.
7.We have RAC punch tape test device, steam aging test device and UBPPT(double 85 accelerate test device) test device for high temperature & pressure etc.
8.We have 2.5 dimension measure instrument,internal & outside micrometers,height micrometers,sclerometer,push & pull tester,torque tester etc.
9. Apply advanced FAI,SPC,CPK,GR&R quality management system to control our production.
