Our reels are used to transport material that has been through a punch press and needs to be collected for reel-to-reel plating or to be taken to an automatic assembly machine. The construction consists of two flanges secured with bolts and nuts to an injection moulded inner ring.
Diameters for the flanges range from 620mm to 800mm, and the diameter of the inner core ranges from 150mm to 370mm. Other customisable sizes are also available to suit your specific needs and requirements.
