U Bolts

Packing
U-Bolts are packed in polyethylene bags and the bag is packed in a corrugated box. We also have full export seaworthy packing available for individual export markets.

Protective Coating
Individual U-Bolts are either painted or electroplated and, are again coated with resin coating.

Hardness
Hardness is maintained within 25 to 30 HRC.

Size & Color
SHYAM offers size varying from 6 mm to 40 mm, in all kind shapes & colors.

Tolerance
Tolerance is from + 0.25 mm Dai. The threads are checked with GO/NO-GO gauges to the dimensions specified.

Chemical Composition
SHYAM'S U-Bolts are available in the following grades namely EN 15, EN 19, En 14B, M.S. & any other material specified by the customers. It is also tailor-made special customers.
