CONCRETE PLUG

Gas concrete plug is used in fixing thermal insulation plates into gas-concrete surfaces.Specification of quality peg is critical for the system.Its mechanical determiner,which is used to determine  the application surface of insulation plates and which is made of non reycled plastic or polymid and has minimum 0.20kN pul-out(displacement) strength.Gas concrete must drill(enter)the application surface at least 9 cm(excluding insulation meterial).The working principles of gas concrete;it is drilled with 8 mm drill. 11 independent nails move into the hole and enters itself and does not change the hole diameter.When the nails are fixed,11 independent nails enter the concrete  separately.This way the weak adherence of the gas concrete is greatly improved.The product should enter the gas concrete at least 9mm.The drill diameter should definitely be 8 mm.plastic gas concrete plugs should be used with EPS and XPS,steel nail gas concrete plugs ashould be used with Stone woll thicker then 8mm.insulation.The plug length should be choosen according to insulation thickness + 10 cm and wall trapezoids should be considered.
