As a result of long-way transportation, and fragile feature of ceramic, breakage of products may also appear. We will credit you for the broken items only on the condition of full container orders(FCL). For less than container orders(LCL), we can not take responsibilities for the broken items, as the goods are shipped by your carrier.

We take great care at our factory to minimize the chance of damaged or defective goods, but as with all high temperature ceramic, occasional defects may appear. If you find a problem please let us know, and we will credit you for the unacceptable items in your next order.

Return of goods

Our prices quoted in quotation sheet are FOB (free on board) Guangzhou. This includes the expenses of packing, transportation from our factory in Jiangxi Province to Guangzhou, and documentation for the goods forwarding formality. The customer is responsible for the cost of transportation from Guangzhou or Shenzhen to the final destination.

 Our products are workmanship; please do not rush order, particular international order.

It normally takes 4 business days to get money states in our bank thus to shorten time, please send us the transference.

 Please ensure that cost of bank's fee is on your end.

We will inform you by quotation or Proforma Invoice of the full cost of your order. Our standard terms are 30% deposit before production, 70% balance payment against the copy of shipping documents. You pay us your deposit when you confirm your order, and we will inform you by email when the rest of the money become due. We dispatch the completed order as soon as we receive your final payment.

Our minimum is USD$8,000.00 in FOB condition. However, you can order lower than our minimum but there is the additional charge USD$ 500.00 for the handling charge and documentation.

If our standard terms do not seem to fit your needs (for instance if you want delivery in Guangzhou, or to order less than $8,000-worth) or you want something not exactly in our product list, please email your request in detail, and we will send you a special quotation as quickly as we can.

We sell only to the Trade, not to private individuals. Our Standard Terms of Business apply to orders for export from Guangzhou, China, to a minimum list value of US$8,000.00.

We can send you the samples for free, but you have to take responsible for the charges of shipping the samples. You can pay by telex transfer (T/T) direct to us of the shipping charges. Or you provide us your Express Account. Samples will be sent within 5 working days after we are in receipt of payment or your Express Account.
