Application
To avoid direct contact with the wafer and pollution, the wafer is put into solar cassette and sent into machines.

Our company can customize the solar cassette, to apply in the process, carry and transfer in the fabs. The cassette is designated for square wafer to load 25, 50, 75 and 100 pieces of wafer, depending on customer's needs. The design is easy for process cleaning.
