Bio Scrubber is a biological scrubber which a polluted air stream is passed through a packed bed on which a mixed culture of pollutant degrading organisms is naturally immobilized.ACEs research aimed at improving the technologies and focusing on optimizing bio scrubber design and understanding parameters affecting bioreactor performance would represent a major goal over the next decades.
