Sumitomo-3M Probe Card Cleaning film

Designed & developed for superior cleaning performance and minimizes damage to the probe tips. Cleaning is done by moving the probe tips vertically in and out of the cleaning layer (compared to the traditional way of scrubbing the tips on the sanding surface). Tip never gets sand off and diameter never gets bigger. Both tip profile and taper length are maintained. Comes in various particle size and dimension for different usage and different probers.
