Product Details
Valve is of a spool the designed to open and close by certain air pressure independently of the material delivery pressure.
The air system is completely separated by a special PTFE(Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene) seal from the material being delivered.
When used with BOLMOT dispenser controller and pressure tank, the shot volume can be controlled to a very small amount by adjusting material delivery pressure and valve opening time.
DV002 valve is a pneumatically operated valve or pressure feed of fluid material and is actuated by air pressure. Valve is opened by a pressure more than 3.5kgf/cm2 and is closed by a built-in spring.
Coordination of the amount of liquid is easy, and precision is high. 0. 01cc / shot, viscocity: 1~one million cps
