Seal Flushing Plan 23Please refer to the plan 21. However, rather than pumped product injected from the discharge it uses a contained amount of pumped product that is re-circulated by a pumping ring in the seal chamber. This reduces the cooling load requirement. If a pumping ring is not available or if it would offer insufficient flow, a forced seal circulation pump can be considered.
