In 1995, Sealtech designed a specially compounded o-ring for plasma-resistance, heat-resistance and chemical-resistance for  use in semiconductor processing, This o-ring, known as CHMIPOL, has been applied sucessfully to many other industries, including chemical, petrochemical, paper, refining, and metals processing.
Continuous reserach and development enabled CHEMIPOL to be applie to Hight Density Plasma(HDP) equipments and high temperature processing.
