The flange standard meets ANSI B16.5 or HG20592, SH3406 standard.
According to the medium and solid content to choose seal, such as packing seal, mechanical seal for single end or double end.
More than 10 kinds of materials available, incuding 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 904, 904L, CD4McU, Cr30 etc.
Rotor parts are supported by rolling bearing and lubricated by oil, the constant oil level controlled and filled by oiler automatically. The rotor and bearing bracket and pump cover which formed one assembly parts, without removing the casing from pipeline during repairing.
Depending on the character of easy-crystallizing critic acid, pump casings and impellers designed specially to prevent blocking up pumps while pumping solution with certain viscosity and high pulp density, and operating efficiently. Axial thrust is balanced by vans.
HCJ series pump is designed according to ISO5199-1986, GB/T5656-1994 standard.
HCJ series pump is the chemical centrifugal pump which characters horizontal, single suction and single stage and overhung type. It is designed and developed by ourself in accordance with the special request of critic acid producing devices and in reference to external advanced products, up to the international advanced level of similar products.
