The unit is self-contained and self regulated by mechanical controls fabricated as a packaged unit for easy hookup  with your system. Unlike electrically powered condensate pumps, there are no dynamic seals, glands or packing to fail under elevated temperature and pressure, nor is there any level controls to fail. The Pump is designed to eliminate expensive Tanks/ Receivers, Electrical Pumps with Level Control & complex Panel System. It operates on steam/ air , pumps 100C hot condensate to elevated heights with negligible operating cost.

The Ducon-Power Pump , is backed by a one year warranty, with a lifetime spring warranty.

Practically, each Pump can very easily handle the entire condensate load of any Textile Plants continuous Kuster/Goller/Benninger/Monforts wider-width Bleaching/ Pad Steam Dyeing/ Mercerizer or Gaston County/Theis Terry/Knits Dyeing Plants etc. With a Receiver (adequately sized and engineered) mounted on a stand above the Pump converts the Pump into a Packaged Unit. Adding two Pumps (Duplex Packaged System) enhances the pumping capacity to over 17.0 T/hr  thus giving further advantage of  having a couple of more machines outlet tapped into the Receiver to save on cost of additional pumps - all then again, subject to engineering, application and routing.

DUCON Condensate Power Pump Units' maximum discharge capacities ranges over 8.5 T/hr (depending on the motive pressure and total Lift Back Pressure subject to engineering based on data to be provided) therefore, this Pressure Powered Pump Unit need not be necessarily put in a PIT and can be placed on the Floor level. This then, eliminates all the Pump maintenance problems being encountered inside the pit, which is a nightmare for any Maintenance Staff responsible for such duties.

The manufactured DUCON Condensate Power Pump is available both in Horizontal & Vertical Models. The body is all imported steel-fabricated (Ms Schedule 80 pipe) with  Dish-ends. The internal consists of an imported Retrofit Pump Float Assembly Unit used by all renowned leading Manufacturers.

The DUCON Condensate Power Pump is a positive displacement pump unit operated by steam, compressed air or pressurized gas. The older version was known as Ogden. This Condensate Power Pump is specifically designed to pump very hot Condensate/ hot liquids 100?C of specific gravity 1.0 down to 0.9.
