Tungsten Carbide Die

We adopted nibs made of high quality tungsten carbide and armored into steel cases. The die nibs are therefore of high hardness, good heat conduction, low friction and good corrosion resistance. The dies are used for drawing metals of round wire, bars, tubes etc. They can be produced according to GB standard or jis, din and ISO standard.

Other than round tungsten carbide die, we can also supply shaped die for drawing shaped metal wires, bars, tubes with cross-sectional area ranged from 6 to 255 mm2. The shapes can be rectangle, hexagon, octagon, rhombus, trapezium, semicircle and so on.
