DIP MOULDED VINYL

Dip Molded Vinyl is a generic art behind candle manufacturing.  A metalmold after heating at a certain temperature is immersed or dipped in atank of liquid PVC plastisol. 

The heat from this metal mold attracts the liquid plastisol and a partis formed.  Then the molds are extracted from the liquid and the saidparts are cured.  

After this curing process, the parts are cooled and stripped from the metal molds.
