Scope of Manufacturing (Job order) 1. Blow mold for plastic containers, such as : bottles for cosmetics, chemicals, medicine, cooking oil, mineral water, lubricants, etc , with capacity up to 30 liters. 2. Aluminum die casting mold for various components, such as : motorcycle and automotive parts, luminaire and electrical parts, home appliances, and health equipment, etc, with mold dimension up to 1000 x 900 x 800. 3. Other components / parts related to plastic molding industry and aluminum die casting industry. Facilities 1. Engineering and design room with CAD system and CAM programming. 2. CNC milling and copy milling machines with CAD / CAM application. 3. EDM & engraving machines. 4. Conventional milling, turning, and grinding machines. 5. Quality Control room with CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) 6. Heat treatment facilities ; supported by several steel supliers
