Our closed loop injection molding process - across 31 presses ranging from 55-440 tons sets high standards for system efficiency, and part quality, with capacity that comfortably spans production volumes from a few thousand to more than a million.

Throughout our injection process, we employ strict quality control, inspection and maintenance procedures. As a result, we have continually maintained our ISO 9000-2000 and ISO 14001 certifications. We use statistical process control and other quantitative techniques to ensure process and part reliability and efficiency.
