    PACKAGING:
Each precision orifice is packaged in a clear plastic case, which allows for ease of identification and inspection. 

*Larger orifice diameters are available

Stainless Steel Gasket diameters (D) are shown in the picture to the left.  The central disc orifice area thickness (t) varies with orifice diameter and substrate material and ranges from 0.05mm to .15mm.
     
Note: The stainless Steel drilled orifices are optically measured holes only and are not guaranteed to meet a specified flow rate. 

APPLICATIONS:
Stainless Steel Drilled Gaskets can be used in critical flow, pressure reduction, particle separation, injection mixing, vacuum and micro-decay.  These economical units have a pre-fit design, allowing quick changes to suit the needs of your application.
