4. heating patent technology: it employs our company heating patent techonology(pantent NO. ZL02 2 76238.8), adopting state-of-the-art Indirect air heating heat radiation technology, the heating components can warm up temperature around and heat radiation container can uniformly warm up the oil, adopting low load of heated surface, less than 1.1W/cm², and therefore no oil aging or pyrolysis caused in general heating mode. The heating components are anti-oxidation and the heating container is made of stainless steel. The heating pipe is designed for auto-turbulence of oil liquid, high-efficiency heat conduction and no out-of-reach oil area.

Oil jet protection patent technology: using our compangy sprayfree patent technology (Patent No. ZL2004 2 0060973.6), adopting state-of-the-art imported oil level control technology, it carries out automatical oil level control through testing signal by electronicl swtichs and feeding back the opening and closing information of pipes controlled by electromagnetic valve which will influence the oil quantity flowing into the vacuum separation chamber. It employs electronic switch which can even feed back the level of the foam to ensure accurately control it and thus there is no possibility of oil spray.

2stainless steel air-water separating: The double-stage vacuum separating chamber contains special stainless steel air-water separating tower with large area, leading to the formation of film-alike oil and stereo-evaporation; built-in full automatical distributor made with hydrophobic matierial which can be autorotation,  carry out oil and water atomization a second time. It contributes to long-term contact of oil current with the chamber and therefore the optimized effect of one-time separation.
