The Division is equipped with machining, Aluminum Die Casting, Press Working and motor testing facilities which ensure production of quality motors.
The Electric Motor Division was established in 1960 with the technical collaboration of M/S NEWMAN of UK. It is equipped to manufacture a wide range in 3 phase squirrel cage type induction motors with various frame configurations and horse power ratings. In foot mounted Drip Proof Motors, the horse power range from 1-75 H.P. and totally enclosed fan cooled motors(T.E.F.C) in the range of 5-50 H.P. Vertical Hollow Shaft Motors 10-150 H.P.
