Laser drilling is the process of removing material to create micro via holes on Printed Circuit Board. The laser drilling system of the EO Technics DPD 2200 series adopt a dual panel mechanism so the user can achieve high productivity. The new digital servo driver of the scanner makes the system more reliable and improves the drill speed. According to the application and type of PCB, loading/unloading systems can be modified per user`s request.
