CAR 90 DB/P, AUTOMATIC STACKER FOR BOOKS OF PANELS

The clamp stacker, manufactured by SAG of the Delmac Group, sorts and stacks up to 5" books of panels from checkerboard or staggered saw patterns at rates of 3-4 books per minute. SAG utilizes mechanical grippers that automatically adjust to the panels width while also straightening the stack. The stacker utilizes a dual column carriage with horizontal and vertical movement controlled by heavy duty timing belts. These belts are driven by AC motors with acceleration and deceleration ramp controlled by inverter.
