Bag filters can be supplied in stainless steel (Aisi 304 or 316) , polypropylene and in PVDF, depending on the application, temperature etc.
The standard principle consists of 2 sizes, size 1 with a filterarea of 0,26 m? and a maximum flow rate of 18 m?/h and size 2 with 0,51 m? filterarea and a flow rate of 36 m?/h. By combining units large flow rates can be achieved. The maximum available size is 14 filterbags size 2 in one housing.
Filter bags are available in as many varieties as there are applications. Starting with monofilament with millimeters porosity for coarse filtration till porosities under 1 micron with special filaments.
