An ordinary water treatment technology couldn't reach above purity rate. While, in some specific industry, even a very tiny contaminant could cause any destruction or malfunction, like in semiconductor chips industry(IC) wich need water purity rate up to 18,3 mega ohm.

Ozone can be produced from oxygen in the air or from pure oxygen. Ozone is produced when a gaseous dry oxygen or air gas stream is subjected to a high voltage/ high density electrical current which provides the energy to drive the reaction. The field acts between two electrodes separated by a dielectric, forming a gap across which the energy discharge occurs.

The ozone production reta increases proportionally to the electrical frecuency and the square of the voltage. The required voltage level at the dielectric cell is between 7,000 and 19,500 volts. Electrical energyis directed to the dielectric cell through a voltage or current regulating systems.
