The inflow mouth(gate ring) and pump inlet (hopper) are
supported by separate floats (gate floats and main floats)
individually. The independent structure eliminates the effects
of buoyancy fluctuation that happens when collecting surface
layers together with air, allowing fora stable suction of thin
surface oil floating on the water.
