The Eden Excel? XL5 series spun polypropylene cartridge filters are general purpose units that can be used in all industrial applications requiring gross particle removal, clarification or nominal filtration. Absolute filtration may be achieved by the use of a lower micron rated filter, especially in the 1 to 25 micron range.

Particulate capture occurs throughout the depth of the filter due to an exclusive process that thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibers with lower density at the outside surface and progressively higher density towards the center.
