Our Model F-200 features four separate filtering stages. The first is a washable electrostatic filter with 66% average arrestance. The second, a 4" disposable filter with 93% average arrestance. The third consists of disposable activated alumina and potassium permanganate pellets. The fourth is an absolute filter which is 99.97% efficient on particulate 0.3 micron and larger. Four stage filtration is used in many problem areas where fine dusts, corrosive or harmful gases, lead particulate and other contaminants are found.

Prior to introducing these F-series filters, our engineers interviewed plant maintenance personnel involved with hundreds of applications throughout the U.S. and Canada. A pattern of filter complaints emerged. They ranged from cabinet design and difficult maintenance access to high purchase prices and replacement filter costs. Our F-series filters are engineered and built to overcome these and other design and operating limitations while cutting the costs of your filtration needs.
