Stationary Fixed Revolving Hoists Cranes

LPMC Stationary Revolving Hoist is desighned for loading and unloading work of all kinds of cargoes and bulk cargoes (cooperate with grab) on mediocre port with both domestic and international standard. LPMC Stationary Revolving Hoist adopts horizontal displacement compensator of block and falls of single jib and slewing ring with fixed colum, and the slewing mechinanism offers slewing of 360 degrees. The hositing, slewing, luffing mechanisma can be operated individually or jointly, the driving system of balancing luffing mechanisms consists of rope and pulley. Lpmc stationary revolving hoist is simple in structure and light in weight. The slewing support structure of LPMC crane adopts ball bearing type. The drving unit of slewing machanism consist motor, planetary reducer and big gear ring, etc. The limit moment coupling is able to protect the slewing mechanism against accidental knock when the crane is slewing. The jib can be put on the supporting frame when maintenance. The cab is of panoramic-view type, adopted heat insulation stratum and equipped with shockproof air-condition, which makes cab safe and comfortable. LPMC stationary revolving hoists have two types of crane, hook or hook with grab. Lpmc is ready to design for requirement of consumers, and PLC and frequency controller are adopted by LPMC.
