The rivet welded steel was treated by the second time shot blasting, rust and besmirch removal in order to ensure a clean workpiece surface and increase the films adhesion of the paint.
All steel structure is pretreated with shot blast and rust removal to guarantee the material can meet the international standard: Sa2.5.
Main material of steel structure adopts high grade - . Most of them are Q3458 and Q345C, and the strength level approach the European Standard Fe510.The steel is treated by International advanced treatment and coating technique:
The pin of mast section adopted sulphocarbonitriding technology and resin heat-treatment technique, which make the pin hard and tough and also keep the surface smooth and antirust.
All the pins and bolts adopted quenching&tempering heat-treatment technique and surface galvanized process.
Plug-ins control cables glands make the work convenient and fast.
Electronic Control adopted the advanced frequency conversion control technology, RCVPLC stepless frequency speed electronic control system. Frequency Converters are from Japan Yaskawa and Mitsubish PLC. Contactors are from France Schneider.
Humanized cabin makes the operation safe and comfortable.
Transmission parts use international high-quality products and high performance bearing.
