Besides Kozlusan loading redictor,there is another motor redictor which is used for the systems of mixing,spreading coals,breaking the stonned-ashes and uncovering the fire.
Uncovering the fire, Coal Spreading and Mixing System: The stonned-ashes which exist in normal boilers burning-crucible, prevent fire from burning continuously and productively.This system enables %100 burning productivity because of its front-rear moving and full automatic mechanisation.Thanks to this system,User does not deal with problems such as opening the lid and mixing and taking the ashes.
ASH EXTRACTION SYSTEM: The System puts out the ashes automatically.This system pours the ashes out of the machine or to ash boxes by combing the both sides of burning crucibles with double-spirals.(Patent right for Kozlusan)
Security Arrangement:The temperature control is controlled by two different thermostats.Boiler thermostat enables the boiler work up to desired and adjusted temperature.
Fuel-Loading and Heat-Setting:It is possible to adjust with Lcd monitor and adjustable microchip electronic card.
Fuel-Loading Setting: Two-timely time roles are used in the boiler.Factory product is adjusted up to small coal.
Fuel Loading:As the Fuel feeding system is at the bottom and automatic,it provides economic usage.According to the desired heat,The Solid Fuel in fuel depot can meet the demand for nearly 2 or 3 days.
* The models between 40.000-600.000 Kcal/h capacities are available to heat different kind of places.
*Our Boilers have the Turkish Standart Institute certificates and 2 years warranty.
*The Boiler is covered with special isolation equipment.
* While designing the burning room of the boiler,strong and thick equipments are used as the maximum heat is kept in mind.This makes the system last longer.

Kozlusan floor heating system with solid fuel is designed to burn all sort of coal,prina(olive pip),nut shelter and wooden pellet which has 25 mm diameter.
