Turbo type sifter sleeves

A wide range of turbo sleeves is available to suit all types, the most popular being Kek, Kemutec, Azo Gerieke, Powtek, Russell turbo, Russell wet separator (fines saver) Buhler and others. Meshes can range from 5 microns to 5mm in nylon, polyester, polypropylene, peek, etfe silk and occasionally stainless steel (magnetic). For the food industry a range of food quality blue nylon is used and for pharmaceuticals, tablet polishing sleeves are made. Special grater/grinder cylinders are supplied in stainless steel for granulating. For specials, prototypes or ideas, specemins can be made from sketches, drawings or samples fairly quickly.
