Description :A late 19th century Tibetan torgam. The torgam with two large central door panels features an inverted skull in the center surrounded by other tantric symbols on a black background.
Also seen on the two door panels are painted hanging skinned human and animal from the top. The bottom panel is beautifully decorated with the mountain, cloud and river pattern on a red background.
The inner border features skulls and flame patterns on a black background. The outer border of the torgam is decorated with embossed gold and green lotus petal patterns.
