All Titanium bolts are made to exacting standards using the following procedures and specifications:

• The Head is forged and then CNC machined.

• The threads are rolled onto the bolt shaft to reduce stress raising areas caused by machined threads used on some bolts.

• The finished part is shot peened and polished to give an attractive high quality finish.

• Compliant with relevant standards, Deutsches Institut Fur Normung (DIN) with regard to shaft dimensions, thread and tolerances (note that the head height is reduced compared to a DIN standard bolt).
