Silver Masterbatch Inorganic Chemical Pigment

Masterbatch is a solid additive for plastic used for coloring plastics (Color Masterbatch) or imparting
other properties to plastics (Additive Masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut
into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to color raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process.


Yortay Sliver White pearlescent pigments consists of mica flakes coated with TIO2.Silver White
pigment have two different kinds of titanium dioxides available,that is,tutile and anatase.The former
has better weather resistance than the latter. When silver white pearl pigments are mixed or used
together with transparent pigments,they can perform not noly colorful visual impact but a;so florid and attractive pearlescent luster.When being used together with the fully absorptive carbon black,they
obtains a fortified reflected luster and shows silver gray metalline effect .These silver white mica
powder can also applied together with aluminum powder and can make the silver metal-effect more white and brighter.
