Wrapping headers maintains hotter exhaust gases that exit the system faster through decreased density. Increased exhaust scavenging is produced, along with lower intake temperatures. Exhaust
Insulating Wrap withstands continuous heat up to 1000°F, and contains no asbestos.
Insulation Fiberglass Exhaust Wrap Tape (Natural type and be colored):
We can also make Drop-Wrap Tape(Bolt Hole Tape,Ladder Tape) for some special use.And we can make below treatments for other applications:
1. silicone coated;
2. Aluminum foil faced on one side;
3.vermiculite coated;
4.heat treated;
5.graphite coated(usually for ceramic fiber);
6.backed with self-adhesive tape.
