Hydraulic briquette machine is newly developed model which is to press biomass material to briquettes. Hydraulic briquette press is a special machine for briquette pressing. The raw material for this model includes: crushed branches or wood waste, rice husk, straws, paper cardboard with 8-15% moisture content to dry biomass briquettes with higher density. This equipment is to press crushed sawdust or other raw materials to briquettes. First step is to load the material to silo and then feed it to pellet making chamber via screw conveyor. Finally hydraulic cylinder and molding die press the material to briquettes with 0.7-1.2kg/dm3 or so in density and push briquettes to required place along transportation chutes.
