Description: A white to buff powder.

Specification: Measure up to BP(vet.)2008

Assay: It contents not less than 97.0 percent and more than the equivalent of 101.0 percent of C19H23N3.

Water: Not more than 0.1percent .W/W

Sulphated ash: not more than 0.2 percent.

Uses: Amitraz is a highly effective insecticide, used for animal ectoparasites It is a broad spectrum acaricide/insecticide, widely used for cattle, sheep, goats and pigs. It has rapid action on the control of animal ectoparasites, such as mites, ticks etc., and the compound persists on hair and wool long enough to control all stages of the parasite. Meanwhile, in agriculture and horticulture, the outstanding miticidal activity of Amitraz has been shown to control pear psylla and mites in deciduous fruit, mites in citrus and a wide range of pest specied in cotton, such as bollworm, aphids, psullids, whiteflies, certain scale insects etc. Amitraz is with moderate persistency and some translaminar activity, also , Amitraz has been shown to posses parasitic activity against those strains resistant to other chemical classes of oxodicide, such as organophosphorus and organichlorine compounds as well as carbamic acid esters etc.

Amitraz is relatively safe to predatory insects and bees. No drug residua in the tissues of animal.

Amitraz 20% EC

This product has active ingredient of 20% Amitraz.

Action and uses: It is an insecticide and expellant, used for the control of ectoparasites, such as mites, ticks and lice etc. for cattle, sheep and pigs. Also it is suitable for dogs, cats and rabbits, it is relative safe to predatory insects and bees. No drug accumulating in the tissues of animal.

Application and Dosage: Dip and sprinkle, for cattle, 1L.20% Amitraz /500-700L.water; for sheep and pigs, 1L 20% Amitraz/250L .water. For pig house, wall , floor and equipments , spray the solution of 1L.20%Amitraz /250L. water. If the water mixed medicine should be used for a time interval, put 0.5 kg quick lime into 100L liquid medicine as a stabilizer.

Precaution: This product should not be used for horse.

Storage: It is inflammable, so the product should be stored in cool and dry place, prevented from light.
